    Queen Stitch 1 I am obsessed with Queen Stitch. This was my first little test flower. It took me a long time to figure out how to form this flower, which I had seen in a book of antique samplers. This being my first try, I think it turned out pretty nicely. The little holes that I find so compelling did not appear, though. This flower was done with two strands of cotton floss.

    Cold

    It was very cold and windy yesterday, somewhere in the teens. I was reminded that the first winter I was here in NYC I did not own a coat.

    Eventually

    Eventually I will start a blog. It will be fabulous. As soon as I have something to say and the time to say it, I will begin. Until that time, I will continue daydream. You should do the same.
